This position was during my dual bachelor studies, therefore I worked 3 months at Arvato / Majorel and then studied 3 months. During this time the Arvato CRM Solutions GmbH merged with
a subsidary of the Saham Group and formed the Majorel Deutschland GmbH, which was later acquired by Teleperformance SE.
Tasks
- Conception and analysis of new chatbot platform features within an agile Scrum team
- Integration and further development of various microservices based and hosted in AWS with high focus on clean code through code reviews and TDD (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- Integration of new NLU components into the chatbot platform, e.g. by developing a neural network for sentiment detection as part of the bachelor thesis (Python, Keras)
- Proof-of-concept of a chatbot based on RASA-ai as part of a term paper (Python, Tensorflow)
- Development of a SPA to train the IBM Watson Conversation (now IBM watsonx) (TypeScript, Aurelia)
